After a single use, chopping an apple, and light hand washing and drying per instructions, this cutting board warps and is unusable. The wood also has a splintered feeling when you run your hand across the top. It’s not usable. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I haven’t cooked for myself in two years, but when I saw these cutting boards, I knew I had to own them for the same reason I own the cooking set. What’s the point of saving inspiration to your interior design folder if you never upgrade your home goods?These cutting boards require more TLC than my ex-girlfriend, but they’re both well worth it. Whether it’s handwashing or air-drying, I would rather put up with it than deal with the next best thing.Is Caraway in bed with Big Mineral Oil? Maybe. But do these cutting boards make you wish you also had a secret arrangement on the side? I guess you’ll have to buy them to find out.

I am changing the review to 4 stars because they have excellent customer service and are sending a replacement. I am hoping my first one was just a defect.I had bought the 3 board set for my sister as a gift - she loves them so I bought myself the medium one back in May. It is now august, and despite following the care instructions to the very last detail, the board is already splitting. I try to avoid cutting things like meat etc on it to reduce how many times I wash it. I lean it vertically to dry as instructed. Not sure if I got a defective item, but from my experience this board is a price of junk and not worth the money. Surprising from a company like Caraway.

I do love this. Perfect size.The smaller one, for me, was too small.Definitely different to dry upright. Do follow the directions. Is it worth the $50? Nothing is.However, this is wonderful product.

I have owned them since January 2024. I use them daily and have mineral oil to maintain them. They are warped and now are splitting severely. I expect them to come apart at some point.

I bought the Caraway small cutting board on September 10th, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. After just a few uses, it already looks worn and has started bending. I haven’t even used it that much, so there’s no excuse for this level of wear and tear. For the price, I expected it to be more durable and long-lasting, but unfortunately, it has fallen far short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it.
