I am a costumer for dance and stage, and I work with all sorts of rhinestones. For the price, these Novani rhinestones are very good.They come in the more traditional rhinestone wrapping paper, though they are packed in a heat-sealed plastic pouch within that. They seemed a bit beat-up looking on arrival, but that turned out to be mostly just dust. For a better sparkle I would clean them gently.Otherwise, they are the right size, solid, well-backed, and well-faceted. Basically just what you'd expect. What I did not quite expect is how extreme the AB finish is! The colorless AB that I ordered have an almost gold cast. Generally what I use is more of a half-AB finish so that the color of the underlying crystal can show through. If you're looking for a more subtle AB finish, this is something to be aware of.While the fancy, top-label rhinestones will always be my gold-standard, their prices are prohibitive. With the caveat of the AB finish, these Novani rhinestones are a solid, more economical choice.

The cut looks much nicer than the regular stones, but they are so GREEN! They also must be very soft because there are many that are chipped.
