It's kind of hard to determine how well this product is doing. I'm using it for overall health to make sure that I have enough of this mineral to help maintain a healthy blood pressure. My blood pressure has improved, but I'm also loading up on zinc caplets as well as pumpkin and flax seeds which provide more zinc. In addition, I exercise daily, take deep breaths, and eat well. I believe, that together, it all helps with my blood pressure reduction to a healthier zone. The price for this particular bottle is reasonable.

Item was exactly what it said it was and was packaged properly. Just started taking them today so haven’t been able to notice a different in blood pressure which is why I’m trying them. Will reply if product causes any issues but so far so good.
