My students love to pressing it when they come visit. Unfortunately I got my piece out of the order a while ago and I was so sad, I emailed the company and told them about the problem. The service team responded to my message promptly, they asked me about my doorbell model number and sent me a replacement. I got my new one in a short time and it is working perfectly now. I really appreciate their service team, they responded quickly and they are willing to help! I will definitely stick with this company in the future!

The best doorbell. Now I want to buy one for every door. It is a good looking doorbell. There is a double-sided sticker included for the outdoor doorbell. There is even a little waterproof plastic sign, with an arrow, pointing to the doorbell, and a double sided sticker is included for that, too. There are 2 receivers. Most doorbells only have one. So, we can have a receiver upstairs, and also downstairs. The doorbell lights up, in a pretty multi-colored circle, when rung. This is good for people who have hearing issues. Other doorbells that we tried would not ring when the receiver was upstairs, but this doorbell worked great. I'm so happy with it. I was quite surprised to find out that there are an endless amount of tunes to choose from, for your doorbell ringer. And each receiver can have a different tune. There are 3 buttons. One is for volume. One is to turn the visual colors off or on. One is for choosing the tune that you like. I was pretty impressed with how long the tunes are, too. Most door bells just have 3 or 4 notes. But this doorbell has quick little songs. I went through about 20 tunes, before I chose the Tchaikovsky Nutcracker Waltz because my daughter is a ballerina. The highest, of 4, volume settings is very loud, so it can be heard from other rooms, and not just the room that the receiver is in. This is so much less hassle than figuring out one of those video doorbells that require apps.

Much better than the rinky dink, ding dong bell the the home builder installed in the house. It had great volume and more tones than you could use. It was an easy install. Just attached the ringer button to the outside and plug in the ringer into any outlet. Couldn't have been any simpler. Works like a charm.
4.0 out of 5 stars Loud chime and easy to install but requires manually drilling of holes
Installation was pretty straight forward. I wanted to mount this into a wooden panel next to my door so I didn't use the double sided adhesive tape that it came with. There was just a minor problem. Even though it came with the mounting screws and plastic anchors, the back panel did not have pre-drilled holes. There's a small slot on the bottom where you can use a flat head screwdriver or some plastic tool to push in a little to pop open the back. I drilled two holes in the back and it was ready to be mounted. Snap it back from top to bottom.The doorbell transmitter has a big button to push and a single CR2032 battery installed already. Just need to pull the plastic tab off before use.The receiver will need to be plugged into a wall outlet. It's pretty small and shouldn't take up more than one outlet. It has various chimes to select from and also allows you to turn on/off the blue light. The volume is adjustable and loud enough to hear in the house.This shouldn't be a problem for most people, but for those without a drill and want to mount this, it can be a problem. I suggest having some pre-drill holes or a cutout made to have it be punched out easily. This gives the user an option to mount using screws since that's already provided in the package.

I've been using the same cheap portable doorbell for a few years now, and it finally broke on us out of nowhere. This ended up being a really great upgrade - and it's somehow being sold for less than that old one.The quality of both pieces is great, they're made of a thick plastic that doesn't feel hollow or brittle. The included mounting tape is super high-quality, and it wasn't hard to get it bonded on the wall outside my front door. I also appreciate the little blue "press doorbell" sign that was included, which makes the bell much more visible at a distance (it even comes with its own piece of mounting tape which was nice).The sound quality is above-average, it isn't tinny at all and the different volume levels are all useful. There's a noticeable difference between each one, so they all have their place (we stick to the second-loudest, which we can hear clearly in every room throughout our 1-br apartment). The lights that flash on the outlet piece are bright and helpful. And the many different songs/sounds are all great, there are lots of fun jingles and animal roars and other stuff.I have two small complaints: I wish there was a "back" button when cycling through the different sounds; there are so many of them that it's annoying having to click the one "forward" button over and over again to loop back to the start. My second complaint is that I wish there were a few more basic chimes. There's the one "ding-dong" sound which is short and clear, but I wish there were a few others like it. There are a ton of jingles and noises and whatnot but most of them are too long, or don't work well as a doorbell sound. So some iterations on the basic "ding-dong" would be useful.All of that being said, I love this doorbell and I can't believe it's only around 10 bucks. It's an absolute steal for that price, especially since it comes with the hardware and the mounting tape, AND the battery/"press button" sign which they really didn't need to include. I really really love this product and I can highly recommend it.

Très pratique à installer et d'utilisation
Pour l'instant, tout fonctionne bien. Vraiment très bien, son, mélodies, 2 réceptifs a mettre dans des pièces différentes.

Werkt gewoon perfect! Drukknop is goed waterdicht wat bij andere merken nog wel eens een probleem is. Aanbevolen!
Great doorbell
Really good doorbell, easy to set up/install with good range. Has a wide variety of chimes, nice and loud too with a volume button. Great value.
