I received the supplement 2 days after ordering. It arrived unbroken and the gel caps were not melted or stuck together. First let me describe the product: they are very small and easy to swallow. No odor and no taste.I have had to take Vitamin D for sometime as prescribed by my provider. My D blood levels were really low - less than 12ng/ml and I would be prescribed a once-a-week prescription of 50,000 IUs to take once a week for 12 weeks. My blood level would be where it needed to be - greater than 20ng/ml. But when I had to return in 3 months for repeat blood work, the level was back down below 12ng/ml. And, I would get another prescription not for a weekly dose. My insurance company no longer covers Vitamin D and I have to purchase over-the-counter. I saw the Naturebell promotion for D3 + K2 supplement and reviewed it with my provider. She said that 10,000 IUs per day is in the upper range for a dose (this is the amount one would get from direct sunlight). As I don't seem to retain/absorb it well and my sunlight exposure is limited, she was okay with the 10,000 IU dose. She will check my blood level again in 3-4 months.I have now been taking the D3 + K2 for almost 3 weeks and have had no adverse side effects. I feel good, energy level is more consistant since taking daily. I take 1 everying morning ... I try to take with a fatty food like butter on toast or cheese in an omelette as the fat helps it to be better absorbed. I do drink coffee and caffiene does interfere with the absorption somewhat. I also have some gut issues that interfere with absorption. The 10,000 IUs should be just right. So far, I am very pleased.As to the K2 helping with the absorpiton of calcium to the bones -- I'll have to wait and see. I had a bone scan done about 2 months ago and will repeat in about a year. I'm 74 years old and am looking forward to this supplement helping with some "old age" issues.I have used Naturebell products in the past (I am still using their Magnesium) and have been very satisfied. I have confidence in their products.

After testing deficient several times, I switched to this Vitamin D K2 vitamin supplements and I am finally within range. They work great, a little pricier than some other options, but they really work so it's worth the investment.

These smell so good every time I open the bottle. They’re tiny and go down with ease and are a milky white color. I like that they have coconut oil in them instead of sunflower oil. They seem to absorb well because my vitamin D levels are up much higher and I haven’t been out in the sun. My dr even asked to start taking every other day instead of daily!

I’ve been taking these for about 6 months now. I was taking vitamin D, 10,000 once a week. My count was still low so I bought these. My last visit to the doctor was good! I like these because they are to be taken daily so it’s much easier to keep track of. And the added plus of K2 doesn’t hurt either! I will continue to buy these.

This vitamin d is nice and small, very easy to swallow and also has a decent taste with the coconut oil. I was out of my vitamin D for a few weeks and could feel the effects with my energy level and my mood. Within taking one a day for 5 days, I was starting to feel back to normal. There’s 240 pills which sets you up for almost 8 months. Definitely worth the price!

I like that this includes coconut oil with no nasty additives, easy to swallow small capsules ...this brand is new to me so I'll update in March when I'm due for blood tests, hopefully my levels will be high ...EDIT - My Dr says my D levels are now too high (200) and to change dose so I'll take every other day and adjust again after next test, if necessarybest value for quality that I can find and I'm buying another lot
