    Delicious chocolate for my Healthy Date Snickers. 1 pitted date, peanut butter, Tcho Dark & Bitter chocolate, and 1/2 pecan half. (You can use the sweeter chocolate, however I'm avoiding additional sugar. Yum!

    You crave dark chocolate? Sad because Trader Joe’s no longer has the tins of 25 calorie triangles? Well, after a lot of research, this is the way to get a pretty low calorie bit of delicious, high quality and artisanal chocolate all measured out.NO! I do not triple dip in the bag - I take one ever few days, if I’m stressed, I might take two with some greek plain yogurt! But it’s possible to simply have one and feel well-taken care of.And, the calories won’t break your weigh loss regimen. I lost 50 pounds last year, have kept it off, and did it with one of these or the TJ’s ones every few days! And yes, I logged it into my food log.
