This thing is seriously cool, and it makes water taste incredible!So, it's got this smart tech feature that lets me keep track of stuff like filter usage and water quality right from my phone. But the best part? It shows the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) levels, both in the tap water and the clean water tank. So you can see the difference it's making in real time. It's honestly mind-blowing to see what's actually in our tap water!And speaking of what's in the water, this little device removes 83 different contaminants. Yeah, 83! Crazy, right? I never knew how many nasties were in my water until I started using this.But the best part? The taste. Seriously, this water tastes so good! It's clear, refreshing, and just feels clean, you know? The purifier uses a blend of minerals and a reverse osmosis process, which I think makes all the difference.The setup was a breeze too. No plumbing is needed. Just pop it on the countertop, and off you go. And with filters that last between 6 months and 2 years, it's pretty low maintenance.So yeah, I totally recommend the AquaTru. It's made a big difference to me - healthier, tastier water, less waste, and I get to see exactly what's being filtered out. What's not to love?

Very very disappointed . I purchased with a lot of trust and high expectations after carefully combing through Youtube reviews. In process of returning the product. And I never return products.The taste of the water is terrible for every member of the household. We don't know what is wrong with it , it was very easy to setup. Yet it simply is undrinkable. Did 12 rounds of refills in hopes that it gets better. It doesnt. Even before tasting it, the water smells awful after pouring into a glass too.

Water tastes amazing!!! Just make sure to follow instructions carefully. The products is wonderful. If you get a defective or broken one, I suggest you give it another try. Have them replace it.My family and I are extremely grateful and product is perfect.

It's definitely not as simple as ABC—you can't just fill the tap water tank and let it work its magic. I learned this the hard way. The system uses magnets to ensure the tap water tank and filtered water tank are properly positioned. Here's how it works:Fill the tap water tank and let it filter. Once filtering is complete, the contaminated water is pushed back into the tap water tank. You must discard this water immediately.Remove the filtered water tank from the base and ensure the tap water tank is correctly installed. After a few minutes, the base will continue draining any remaining contaminated water.If you don’t discard the contaminated water promptly and it remains in the tap water tank, the system will begin filtering the "contaminated water," which, according to the instructions, can damage the system. Additionally, the tap water tank must always be installed because the base will push out contaminated water regardless, potentially causing leaks—exactly what happened to me.

A bit better than a month in and it is filtering the way it is supposed to.All tests show 6 ppm, better than most bottled waters.Very happy with the product. Paid for the warranty, because I want at least 3 years out of this thing.3rd filter system I have tried and it has been the only one that is a true reverse osmosis system.Please note that if there is zero waste then it is NOT reverse osmosis...This is a good product.

The media could not be loaded. I had to returned this product because the filter water kept having a weird taste and smell after a whole week of using it. Easy to set up but the funny taste didn’t go away after several days of using it

I wish i bought this sooner. Easy to set up, easy to use. Plus it has certifications. I did alot of research and this product came put on top and i am not disappointed

Will not connect to the app, so can’t check filter status or know what filter needs to be replaced. App is incredibly clunky, pretty sure development was outsourced as even the error messages are full of non English typos.
