It stops working after a few months. I bought 1 and 6 months later I was on the phone calling them cause it didn't work. They sent me another new one I got it but a couple months later I was on the phone for the same reason. Don't waste your hard earned money on this.

Excellent value for the scooter you receive with the range, speed, battery life and style. Great transportation to restaurants and stores in my area. A little heavy however I just leave it locked on a pole as opposed to carrying.

Muy mal servicio al cliente, se presentó un reclamo por que apareció un error #3 y nunca más prendió, pidieron video, que cortáramos los cables para enviarnos una de reemplazo pero nunca más han contestado las llamadas, ni los correos. Muy malo este producto

No compren una patineta como esta,llegó la primera y al primer día que la use no arrancaba, así que pedí cambio y al usar la que me llegó a los días se bloqueó la llanta trasera y no volvió a funcionar, ando esperando respuesta de atención al cliente y hasta el momento no a sido posible nada , no pierdas tu dinero invirtiendo en esta patineta
