    This is an update: this company's customer rep contacted me to resolve my issue by offering to reimbursement for additional adhesive pads. I told her no need to reimburse, not that big of deal - I can get on my own. Nice that they offer to remedy the issue, and will try to add more adhesive pads in future production. Bottom line, their responsively demonstrated customer care and better experience. Just sharing this update.======Came with 4 little pieces of adhesive - not enough = either strip the entire piece with the adhesive (like others) or provide 8 little pieces instead of 4. As it was, I had to pull one end up to adjust, so now one side is not as sticky. These are made in China, so they use metrics - thinking it's 1.5 cm - thresholds are normally 1 inch give or take 1/4 inch based on floor type (tile, LVP, wood). If it was 3/4 inch, would have been perfect. I cannot / should not return since I already used the adhesive; may end up looking at Scotch for more adhesive soon.

    So, we have a neato robotic robot that couldn't get into our bathroom bc the threshold was too high. We either had to assist it or it wouldn't vacuum the bathroom. This easy to cut easy to secure little addition to the house is just what the neato needed to access the bathroom without human assistance.

    I just laid one of these risers on each side of my threshold and they work! I didn't even need the adhesive squares that came with the risers. I not longer have to wrestle with my rollator or my cart to get them over my threshold. I will be buying these for my other doors.

    This is a great aid for wheelchairs to get over a small 1/2" vertical threshold. Not as deep as a standard 1/2" rubber threshold ramp but doable for all wheelchair users where I've used it. Takes up less room and it so much easier to cut to fit.
