The color is gorgeous and looks cute on my counter. It does filter the water faster than most water filters i have had. The whole house is drinking more water. Its taste amazing and definitely removing alot of particles/debris etc that I thought were already filtered. My ice machine works alot better and the ice tastes so much better. (Iykyk)... highly recommend over brita.

I LOVE this Water System! I'm older, tiny, and not that strong anymore. So I needed something that I could fill up and still get into my refrigerator somehow. This is the one! It is PERFECT. It's EASY to fill and I can easily pick it up and put it back in my fridge! And it WORKS, the filter works so well that the water tastes WONDERFUL !!! SO glad I got it.

I’ve been so impressed with this item! Perfect for apartments that may not have a filtered water system. The size is compact and fits easily in the fridge. Water quality is great. There is a noticeable improvement in taste before the water is filtered through and after.

I had looked at under the sink systems for a more robust filtration option but it didn't make sense to go through with that because I'm planning to move soon. I mainly needed to filter out mineral content in well water.So far I'm very happy with this water filtration dispenser. It performs as well as I could hope for what it is and its price point. The filtering of water isn't terribly slow and faster isn't better if it's not filtering properly. I'm happy with the dimensions and capacity of the dispenser. As for leakage as some have discussed, I have yet to experience this.I had an issue where, upon arrival, I was missing the water spout. I contacted Waterdrop and they immediately shipped a new water spout as well as an extra water filter which was a welcome addition. Harper from their customer support team helped me with that. I received what I would consider above and beyond customer service which can be hard to come by these days. It is nice to see that they stand by their product and are quick to resolve any issues which may arise.I'll keep this in mind for any business I do in the future.

Update - waterdrop contacted me and immediately replaced the filter which solved the issue. Their response was fast and appreciated!Kind of upset that less than two weeks using this and one half of the filter stopped working. I was hoping to have MORE life not less than my Brita stream. Thank goodness I ordered a backup filter.

as the title says it seems good so far , i've had it a couple weeks and the dispenser holds a fair amount so i can fill up my large thermos 2-3 times and still have some for my electric kettle when i want it , we leave it at room temp ( my preference) and haven't had any issues with the spout or any leaking. the filter definitely works faster than your standard brita as well as it tastes a tad better imo , my mother has one down stairs while my fiancee and i keep ours upstairs in the bedroom so its easy to compare.

Amazing..... But
I bought this over 4yrs ago and I love this system. It's the cleanest water I've ever had. Problem is, the tap spout no matter how much I clean it, doesn't fully get cleaned. (Cleaned Everytime the filter was replaced) So the longer it's in use, the dirtier it becomes.Well I tried looking on line for a replacement spout even a replacement rubber for the spout and I can't find nothing on the company's website. So now I'm forced to look for another system and one that probably doesn't have an amazing water filtration system as this.Why? Simply because this company doesn't care about it's customers after market needs. I'm not buying a new system to replace something that I could have bought a pack of and been happy doing so.Definitely not impressed.
Perfect fit in the Fridges
This is a perfect size and fit for my fridge and amount of water it holds! I sold my big water machine which means less cluttering
Low Profile Water Dispenser
This unit fits very well in our refrigerator. In order to fit our previous large water dispenser (Brita), we had to remove one shelf therefore diminishing the storage capacity of our refrigerator. Due to its low profile, just below the 10 inches mark we did not have to remove any shelf. We also like the long-lasting filter.
