This ventilation fan is worth the price. Very good quality and installation is pretty easy, as long as you are handy with tools and home repair. The performance is excellent and the fan is very quiet at full speed. It takes about 10 seconds from when you flip the switch for the fan to start. At first I thought something was wrong. This should be emphasized more in the literature. Cover is easy to attach and a quality plastic. Hopefully the LED will be long lived, but replacing it would be simple as long as parts are available. No more Broan for me, this is my new go-to brand for this type of fan and light. I couldn't use the night light but I did test it out and it is just the right amount of light. Would be nice if the LED color temperature could be adjusted on the main LED, which is very bright. This one is 3000k. Soon I'll be ordering another one for another bathroom.

I installed a Panasonic fan with light in my parent's house over 15 years ago and it's still going strong.My last house had builder grade fans and we had moisture problems in the master bathroom.We moved to a much hotter and very humid climate and one of the first things I did was install three of these Panasonic exhaust fans in each shower location. Excellent design, installation was easy. Look for some YouTube videos to help you out. It is possible to replace your old fan from below without going into the attic. You will probably have to enlarge the hole in the ceiling, a template is in the box. Low noise, high CFM, fair pricing. Would never use anything else. Considering removing the builder grade fans over the toilets next.
