Finally, a mascara that works well on my eyelashes! It separates the lashes, does not clump and does not flake. I love this mascara and will stop looking for a mascara that works for my thin eyelashes -- this one is perfect!

I love this mascara. I’ve used it for years. It doesn’t smudge unless your eyes water. It’s a good consistency and is also easy to remove. Most importantly, it’s purportedly cruelty free!! I just want the normal applicator brush back. They’ve been using this stupid paddle brush (or whatever it’s called) for a while. The hole from the bottle doesn’t scrape enough mascara off it, so it glops mascara on. I have to either wipe the applicator off on a tissue first, or glop the mascara on my lashes then press the excess off between my fingers and wipe them on a tissue. You have more precision and control with a normal applicator brush that has the brush part on all sides.

Pros:-The formula is nice and gentle, and also looks nice. I have sensitive eyes and BareMinerals mascaras have been the only mascaras that don’t cause irritation or redness to my eyes.-I experience very little clumping with this mascara. The single row bristles also help to separate lashes and remove clumps.-It did seem to make my lashes appear healthier.Cons:-The bristle are way too short, and feel like hard plastic. My eyelashes are short, which means I have to use the wand extremely close to my eyes to get the most benefit from mascaras. It’s impossible to use this everyday without eventually hitting your eyeball with the bristles—and when this happens, it’s quite painful. I even use a make-up mirror with lighting, and cannot get close to the base of my lashes without hitting my eyeball.-I experienced smearing on my under-eye area . It wasn’t too bad as it was mainly on the outer edges of my under-eyes, but it was noticeable. The mascara does come off easily after wiping with a finger or a Q-tip. Sweat and tears can cause more noticeable smearing.Overall:-I really like the look of this mascara and appreciate the quality of the formula being non-irritating, as other reviewers have mentioned.-I would really like to see an updated version of the wand to something that’s safer and gentler on the eyes, and also user friendly. In addition, I would love to see a waterproof version of this formula.I hope this helps! I also hope this helps BareMinerals, as I love the gentle ingredients this company uses. There are literally only 2 rows of brushes on this wand. I spend an impossible amount of time trying to apply and layer. It's going in the trash
The best mascara!!!
I like the brush - can reach all my lashes. I have very tiny and straight eyelashes. The back side of the brush is doing an amazing job for the bottom eyelashes, which are not visible and helps me to curly my top lashes. The consistence of the mascara is very good and doesn't bring my eyelashes together and not making them as the spider's legs when I am putting more than one layer. But the most important is I noticed that my lashes are growing. So, I ordered again and what I noticed - the price went up, unfortunately.
