I bought two and BOTH broke, and support is brutal to deal with with silly troubleshooting steps, multi week delivery for replacement parts and the expectation to work on the inner electrical components to test/repair. The person you interact with for the support is not a tech person, so the information goes to them, and then into some queue for the person with knowledge.Since both items broke in the same way after the same amount of time I am confident in my single star.If you MUST buy, ensure it’s “prime” for a hassle free return. Shipping this back in your own time would not be cheap. And when you get it, be ready to set it up and use heavily in first 30 days rather than just a couple times, to ensure you don’t share my experience

    This isn't the machine for you if you want something that requires no mechanical aptitude. If you are willing to figure it out, it really is a great machine.

    Lid was totally torn off the top of the box prior to arrival. Assuming shipping company had used only tape to secure item from falling out if it were overturned. Also, directions must have fallen our s did the power cord.Very disappointed.

    Me parece una máquina muy bien terminada, venia completa con manual y algunos aditamentos, estoy contento con la compra. El único inconveniente es que el transportista la manejo invertida, es decir venía patas arriba, esto provocó que las mangueras de succión vinieran con algunas partes magulladas y además de eso uno que otro rayoncito, por lo demás la máquina trabaja bien y no me quejo de ella
