This is such a wonderful blanket. I hate heavy blankets and this is definitely not a heavy blanket. It keeps me so cool at night and so comfy. Quality made and beautiful. I bought the king and it is huge! Will definitely buy another one!

I bought this mainly for my husband, he’s a very hot sleeper and I haven’t been able to find bedding to keep him cool, with out me freezing. (We have the ceiling fan, a fan on the night stand, and a bigger fan at the end of the room. Just to give you an idea how serious he takes this) I put this blanket (king size) on the bed and our duvet over. He sleeps under the blanket and tosses the duvet off him. he sleeps much better this way. He doesn’t over heat, and it’s a light, airy blanket that he can be comfortable under. I also sleep under the blanket, and have the duvet on me. We both think it’s a super comfortable blanket. It’s soft, but has like a cozy feel to it. I would even say it’s luxurious. I’m super high maintenance about having that luxurious/cozy “hotel bed” that you can just sink in to, and I’d say this blanket meets my standards. Now, as far as the blanket being cooling/breathable/airy - I would say it stands up to that claim. It doesn’t over heat, or make you feel hot underneath. I’ve noticed sleeping under the blanket (and my duvet) that I can stay warm, but not hot. However if I do move to a new spot of the bed, then it does feel cold under the blanket until my body heat warms it up. So I usually stay in the same spot. LolThere are squares on the blanket that you can practically stick a slim object through (if you pick at it or forcefully mess with it) but I think that’s why the blanket is so airy and breathable. Maybe keep dogs/cat off the blanket so their nails don’t get caught. But I don’t think it’ll be a big problem. Just wash and dry accordingly, and try not let anything snag at the blanket.The length/size of the blanket is good. It fully fits my king bed, and hangs off the mattress plenty. (I also have a tall mattress)HOWEVER—- because this blanket has viscose (bamboo) material, it WILL shrink in hot water. Do not wash, or dry in hot water/heat. Lay out flat to dry, or air dry only in the dryer.I seen some previous reviews saying that the blankets are small, honestly I think maybe they washed/dried them incorrectly with out noticing that was the cause of the size. The king size is more than enough for a king bed.I picked the taupe color. It’s kinda a light beige and I’d say true to color. I wanted something other than white for my bedding, but if I ever go to change my bedding I’ll definitely get another blanket. But honestly I’m just debating on getting the white blanket too. I got it while on sale, (54$) but I would still pay original price for this blanket. It’s a new staple for my bedding.!Also, I did get an email from the seller with correct washing/drying instructions and care of the blanket.Overall a good buy, and probably will by again.

I’m super impressed with this blanket. It washed well and looks absolutely beautiful. It is indeed a thinner/lighter weight blanket. I purchased it to go on top of my bedspread which is just a little too lightweight on its own for winter. This blanket is the perfect addition adding just enough extra warmth without adding a lot of extra weight.The blanket itself is nicely colored (dark grey) and it is extremely soft and well made. I expected a snag or imperfection somewhere as I’ve tried several blankets before this one including a highly recommended Vera Wang and this blanket is by far superior to them all. I will be buying more for summer couch throws. They’ll be perfect for couch cuddles and naps.

Lightweight/airy texture, somehow fairly thin, but feels like it's heavier. Makes it nice and cozy without overheating you. It is stretchy, so it stretches to the right size, but feels a little small initially when put on the bed.

This gives the perfect amount of weight to feel more than a sheet but not as heavy as a comforter. I struggle sleeping with just a sheet and this is perfect. It breathes to keep you cool but is still warm. I used to wake up in a puddle of sweat but now I don’t and I am so thankful! I was worried it would feel scratchy but it is so soft! It can snag a bit easy though. I put a purse with a buckle down on it and the buckle caught and pulled a fiber of the fabric so I have to be a bit careful of that. We have a queen size bed and I bought a king size so there’s no fighting for covers and it’s been great. I would definitely buy it again.

Been a hot sleeper my entire life and have tried every "moisture-wicking", "cooling" comforter...Each time, I'd still wake up at 3 am drenched in sweat. This blanket was a game-changer for me! The cotton fabric and waffle pattern provide great breathability and just enough thickness to help maintain a comfortable body temperature throughout the night. The fabric is soft, durable, and true to color.

I am using these blankets as my bedspread for the summer. They are very lightweight and comfortable. We live in SC and always get hot at night. Will be great to use in the winter with a lightweight comforter on top. These are very good quality and value. I bought more for my guest rooms.

This blanket feels wonderful and soft and I love the color and size so I kept it in spite of my good instincts that the threads would get caught on stuff. It is nice and cool for summer. And very flexible and soft. I wear a tennis bracelet that never comes off as well as a necklace. The blanket gets caught on the closures. The same would happen if I wore my wedding ring to bed because it's a marquis cut and that would be snagging. I cannot get the necklace and bracelet off easily to remove them at night. Regardless, this morning I dropped my reading glasses on the blanket and by the time I got them untangled I had yet another thread break. The eye pad attachment for the glasses got caught in the threads.It's a cute blanket but I don't know what they were thinking with all the exposed threads as part of the design. I can't imagine what would happen if you had a cat or even a dog with the claws and the fur getting caught under that open weave.The size is very nice and nice and it hangs down about 12 in past the top of my mattress which is another reason why I kept it. I have a 12 inch queen size mattress and I believe I bought the king size blanket.I gave it three stars because I would recommend it if you don't wear jewelry or glasses and have no pets.

Great, comfortable, and breathable
I love this 100% cotton blanket. It breaths very well so that I don’t sweat at night. The I replaced a synthetic blanket that was even thinner than this one, but it would make me sweat during the night. With this cotton blanket I sleep much better at night. I don’t like sleeping uncovered, but I hate sweating during the middle of the night, so I am very pleased with this blanket.The size is great for my twin XL bed, as there is plenty to cover the sides of the mattress during the day, while giving me plenty for rolling up in while sleeping.I love the darker blue color and the pattern is 3D and feels really nice and soft. Great purchase at a good price.
