5.0 out of 5 stars Best ice cream you will ever make!
It is the richest ice creme mix you can make. The tub for the machine has to be in the freezer overnite so it frezzes up a refrigerated liquid pretty well w/out putting it back to cool it more.Shake the Thai, pour Thai into bowl, add 2/3 cup sugar, Jello Inst pudding 3.5 oz, mix it heavy.I put mix in the refrigerator for overnight but it will still be a good run if you just put it into the Ice creme machine. It has to be the last thing going into the ice creme maker!!I used 4 tsp of instant coffee in place of pudding. Nice coffee ice creme.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very happy with product & price!
I had to buy 24 to get the price as low as I did.But I cook often enough with this product that I have no problem using up 24 cans before the Best Buy date.I find this brand to be a good quality and taste.I recommend it and this deal and seller if you can use 24 before the Best Buy date.
1.0 out of 5 stars Sour tasting coconut milk product by Thai Kitchen
I normally by Embe coconut milk, but I wanted to try this one to see if it was as good as Embe so I could just buy it online. I bought the Thai Kitchen carton coconut milk and it is awful, and that is not an understatement. I shook the carton vigorously, opened it and it was watery and cottage cheesy looking, and that was after shaking the carton, so I poured the liquidy part into my food processor, then I cut open the package and found a huge clump of, I guess, coconut at the bottom of the container and put that mess into the food processor. Then spun it on purée to mix it. It turned creamy then. I then poured it into a mason jar, lidded it and refrigerated it. This morning, I shook the jar, and tasted it, yuck! It tasted like what sour milk tastes like, there was no coconut flavor whatsoever. What a disappointment and I am going to complain to Bolo for selling such a disgusting tasting product. I will also let Thai Kitchen know as well. Don’t buy this in the carton, maybe their canned product is better, but I’m not going to take a chance on that.
5.0 out of 5 stars A Delicious, Sumptuous, Dairy Alternative!
I discovered Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Milk while searching for a non-dairy alternative to my favorite coffee additive: heavy cream. I like to add two tablespoons of heavy cream per cup of coffee. With Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Milk, I felt I'd achieved the same luscious creaminess by adding three tablespoons (one additional tbsp). And what amazed me most was that this product has only two ingredients: water and coconut! Just about every other coconut milk I'd tried had myriad ingredients from sugar to guar gum. So I now truly wonder what is the point of many of those other additives. I also love how it comes in cartons, as opposed to cans. I can store the cartons in a cupboard and only need to refrigerate it once I've opened a carton. This product is also a great dairy/milk substitute for making things like keto yogurt or pudding. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that for simpler uses such as coffee creamer, it gives your coffee a strong, distinctive coconut flavor whether you sweeten it or not. So, you really have to love coconut flavoring if you decide to use this! Though I still love and use heavy cream, there is nothing I recommend more highly than Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Milk as a dairy alternative.
4.0 out of 5 stars My Favorite!
This is my favorite Coconut Milk, it's clean, taste great and it makes cream, whipped cream, condensed milk, great for baking and sauces. Great Price! Love it!
5.0 out of 5 stars Coconut Milk, No Junk
We use this as a dairy-free alternative. I love that it doesn't have junk added to it. The texture is great, just shake before you pour. I use it to make potato soup and also hot chocolate. I love that you can put the lid back on and save it.
5.0 out of 5 stars My favorite coconut milk!
This is my favorite coconut milk because you can use some and reseal the carton! What a great idea! Cans are not convenient, because if you don’t use it up all at once, you have to find something to store it in! That’s unhandy, but I use cans sometimes if a recipe calls for a can. This is good for when you don’t need a full can, or need just a little more than one. It’s usually of a good creamy consistency and I have had very little problems with it, although warmer temps for shipping are better than too cold!
