Post op, meniscus tear arthroscopy, I atteneded physical therapy. There, I learned to hold my stretch for 35-45 seconds using exactly this timer. So, extending my therapy at home, I purchased my own. It's really helping me to stretch properly. What's more, it can be used to count up or down; so I can use it to time how long I can hold a pose or run in place. You'll know how to use it right from putting the batteries in and reading the tiny card that come with it. (the alarm is a tad loud).

NO WAY TO TURN IT OFF??Who designs that?This is simple, fast, light, good magnet, adequate clip, adequate display. It fulfills ALL my timing requirements in gym and household. EXCEPT ----THERE IS NO ON-OFF SWITCH.No combination of button presses, nothing.The ONLY way to turn it off is to remove battery, which either wastes battery juice, or it puts needless wear on the battery cover, and most battery covers are relatively fragile to begin with.

This timer is perfect for my physical therapy exercises five days a week. It's easy to use either hand-held or on the stand. The sound is rather loud, but my old one was so quiet I could hardly hear it. I used it this morning for the first time and love it.

The tried and true way to time my boxing rounds at the gym, Tabata timers are complicated and don’t allow you to record and time at the same time. Workouts are faster and more efficient with this. Wish there was a rest timer but this is solid

This is a timer which i was looking for but why make a product that you can't turn off without taking the battery out each time - find something better this product is a waste of money
