I am satisfied with the DVDs. When I received them the case was busted. It is still usable but it had quite a few small plastic pieces. I would this happened in shopping. It was not shipped in a box.

Unfortunately for us, my Christmas present to my wife of these dvds didn't get played much until about March 2021. At that time we noticed, skipping, and inability to move from one episode to another in the menu - it was just frozen. It also seemed that some of the episodes were missing! I say unfortunately, because our ability to return this set ended January 31, 2021 - so we are just out of luck. Not every single dvd had issues, but most had some problem. Too bad!! It's a great Series, but don't buy this set - lots of trouble!! You would think CBS would have better quality control.
