I like that it comes in pastilles compared to flakes so it’s super easy to scoop, and I’ve had no issues with scent throw or wicking. I noticed some reviews talk about how it’s hard to get the top to cool nicely, but that’s kind of just how it is with soy wax. It’s pretty hard to get the top to cool nice and smooth on the first try, but if you just remelt all the tops with a heat gun they look great!

Melts fast, easy to use. Being a straight soy wax it does crumble a bit when popping out of wax melt clamshells and can be a bit not smooth since it's finicky about cooling temps but hitting it with a hair dryer usually remedies it. Most customers know soy can do that so no complaints so far.

I am a seasoned candlemaker and was a little hesitant to try wax from Bolo. But with the rising costs of supplies, I gave this wax a shot. And I'm glad I did. Excellent hot and cold throw and easy to work with. We will be buying our wax from here moving forward.

Probably one of the worst soy waxes I have tried. From the start it doesn’t melt well and seems to trap air. Once poured I had very poor glass adhesion no matter how I cooled them or the temperature they were poured at, or what was used to clean the jars. Plus the wax doesn’t cure to a true white color like most that I have used. The only good thing is that it’s seems to have a good hot throw, but that’s traded of for a mostly weak cold scent.
