It's no longer on the shelves in my local grocery stores. What is important is that it is not "Dutched." Dutching is a process that reduces certain phytochemicals in cocoa, so is less healthy but may have a more appealing taste since it becomes less acidic.

This is my second attempt to resolve this issue. (3/27/25 update - to date I have received no response to my concerns and no notice of a refund. ) I received no response to my first attempt. My box of HERSHEYS COCOA arrived with NO LID and with an inner liner that was separated from the sides of the package. No way it is safe to use an opened container of a food. I was able to clean off the other items in the package but will not use this contaminated product. I want a refund on my account.

This is only cocoa I have ever used in my recipes, and the quality and taste has not changed in over 50 years! Over the years things have changed, but thank goodness this product has not! Thank you Hersheys for maintaining the same great taste, quality and packaging that was used by both my mother and grandmother. It’s a 5 generation family tradition.

Super product. So...yummy. everyday we make hot chocolate. Boil milk with 2/3 tsp full choco powder. Add a little sugar. Enjoy. The bottle is about to finish😅🥰
Good powder with crap packaging
It is quality cocoa powder, you can make yummy cookies, hot chocolate and everything else.The main issue is storing this thing, The container is so bad that it gets spoiled before we even can consume all.I would say just transfer it into the air tight bottle and it should be good, that is what I do.
