A couple months ago I hit my knee on an oil pipe fence and it was so painful that it even caused me to limp for several days. My sister who plays Pickleball had mentioned she had hurt her foot and someone told her to use MO on the bottom of her feet. So I bought this particular MO and within about four days I noticed that knee pain was gone. For sure it was the only thing that I used during that time. Now....could it have been just time that healed it? Maybe. But, maybe not. Maybe it was the MO! Regardless I have used it ever since and neither one of my knees bother me. I remain extremely active, ride horses, walk 3 miles every morning in the desert with my dogs and most importantly, I am 70! I just recently passed some of this off on another friend of mine who has knee pain and he is going to report back to me in a week. We shall see🙏PS. They say this also helps people aleep. I have always been a good sleeper, but maybe even better now! Worth the try!
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product but spritzer mechanism is cheap and doesn’t work
I used it twice and the spritzer mechanism just doesn’t work. I think the liquid is just a little too thick for the cheap dispenser. It’s like water but a little it thicker. Other than having to put the contents into another spritzer that’s I had…..the product is excellent. I didn’t want you to pass on the great product because of the packaging. I had stabbing Charlie horses in both feet during the night and I sprayed the bottom of my feet with this and within no time, cramps in feet were gone! I didn’t send it back because it’s just a bother and I doubt the next spritzer would be of better quality.

When Seven Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray arrived, I was somewhat disappointed as the plastic shrink wrap was torn open and the clear cap for the sprayer was missing. This caused some of the bottle to be wasted by leaking during transit. The sprayer was also damaged and dribbles more than sprays. That being said, the product does work!While I may still be magnesium deficient (it can take a few months to catch up), on the very first night of use, I woke in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and I could hardly walk! I felt drugged; though, in a good way. I slept 3 hours longer than I typically would - I’m lucky if I get 4 hours sleep, but having sprayed just a little of this on the soles of my feet, I got a full and restful 7 hours for the first time in over a decade. Having read other peoples reviews, the company really needs to work on their packaging as others have received damaged bottles and sprayers too. But I can’t say anything negative about the actual product. It works well. It works fast. A++

I don’t review products unless I find it has any real benefits. I have been using this product for about 2 months - the effects are instant. This oil has helped me with decreasing stress/sleep/ joint pains. You rub it in the bottom of your feet and any other location if you have other pain. The stress has definitely improved - I feel more relaxed and less anxious, I sleep better at night and my leg aches are gone. The only side effect is the dryness of my feet but I just apply some Vaseline ointment 30 minutes after using spray and that has taking care of the dryness. This stuff is like changing and it really works.

This is our second bottle. My husband and I have been using it for cramps, and used for this only, one bottle has lasted several years. I am still learning magnesium's many uses! I am now using it on my feet regularly, once every few days, both for cramp prevention and the laxative that magnesium is generally used for. DO read all of the instructions , use with care , and use it to find out how it works for YOUR body. I chose this brand because it does not come from our toxic oceans, and it's sourced in the US. Less packaging and travel means a lower carbon footprint!

I started using this product a week ago and the results are very impressive. I used it for my sore muscles, I felt a little itchiness at first but went away few days after. I also learned that you can use it as a natural deodorant, for me using it like a deodorant is gonna take some time until I get confident of that. But so far so good, I don't stink as a I was expecting, I sprayed very little and spread it around my armpits. I recommend this product.

We have used for almost a week now. Haven’t seen any major changes. Think it takes time. It is oil so it does leave oil stains if you touch your sheets and what not with your feet after applying. Easy to use.
