I started drinking raspberry leaf tea during the third trimester of my pregnancy after my OB-GYN recommended it to help prepare my body for birth. I drank it regularly to help soften my cervix, and I truly believe it made a difference. I had a really great birth experience—unmedicated with only a tiny incision and no tearing.I’m convinced this tea helped a lot in getting my body ready for labor. I drank it cold with coconut water, pineapple juice, and a splash of pure cranberry juice. The taste is pleasant, and it became a comforting part of my daily routine leading up to delivery. If you’re pregnant and in the later stages, I’d definitely suggest talking to your doctor about incorporating raspberry leaf tea. It was a great addition to my pregnancy journey and I plan on drinking it again during my next pregnancy.

This tea is great for softening your cervix if you’re soon to give birth! Good flavor but tastes best mix with juice or lemonade!

Great taste! Great smell. Beautiful color!! Helps so much with cramps and hormonal issues. Even helps with hip and lower back paint. I like my tea super hot and use a few different herbal teas. Add some honey and lemon almost always. It’s definitely caffeine free which I prefer because I like to drink at night. I’m sure there are other various types that are caffeinated with I know also help with headaches n such. I recommend 1hundo!!!

As a mom who has delivered all 3 babies completely natural with is myself and a certified doula this is my number ONE recommendation to moms! Don't drink until late 2nd trimester. Drinking this consistently definitely eased the pain of cramps/contractions . Great taste, great price, and it's organic. I'd recommend this over "flavored" Raspberry leaf tea.

Bendito y maravilloso té, lo tomé las últimas semanas del embarazo 1 taza diaria primera semana, 2 la siguiente y así hasta llegar a 4 diarias, tuve un maravilloso parto después de cesárea 97% sin dolor y el poco dolor que tuve era como de menstruación fuerte, llegué a las 40 semanas y 4 días, fui a monitoreo de rutina y nos dimos cuenta que tenía 8 cm de dilatación y unas horas después ya tenía a mi bebé en brazos, totalmente natural sin anestesia ni analgesia y disfrutando de las contracciones, caminando y hasta bailando. Durante el embarazo también comí 6 datiles diarios, hice ejercicios laxmi diariamente desde la semana 27 y yoga al menos 2 veces por semana a veces diario, masaje perineal diario desde la 37, meditación hipnoparto positivo y tome curso prenatal. (Por si a alguien le sirve saber)
