Best quality fish oil supplement with the highest levels of EPA. It's been really helping both my partner and I with our mood and overall health. We've been taking it every day for a little over a year now and we haven't found any issues with it. Great stuff!

A number of manufacturers make only one or two formulations of Omega 3 fish oil, but Nordic Naturals has a several different formulations so you can get precisely the ratios of EPA to DHA that you need. Before buying any fish oil, you should do the research to determine what ratios are the best for your particular needs.I have used Nordic Naturals Omega 3 products for years, and when my doctor recommended that I increase the percentage of EPA, this product was the perfect option as it has the exact amount of EPA that I need, while only adding a relatively small amount of DHA.I got started using Nordic Naturals because they are very specific about the steps that they take to ensure purity of the product. Because of the ever-increasing level of toxins found in ocean fish, mercury in particular, it is critical to select a product that is made from fish caught in the cleanest waters possible, and that the end product be tested for purity. Nordic Naturals does both, and actually uses a third-party lab to test their products to ensure that they are not contaminated with heavy metals or other toxins.I have only tried one other brand of fish oil over the years, and it gave me the "fish burps"; very unpleasant. This has never been a problem with any of the Nordic Naturals Omega 3 products I have used.At this point I don't even consider any other brands, as this product has the exact amount of EPA I need, and Nordic Naturals is among the best in ensuring that their fish oil products are free from contaminants.

Like these very much. I’ve been taking them for 7 years. My doctor recommended them to me. I’m 73 yo. No heart issues at all, per all the tests. I can tell a difference when I haven’t had them in a couple of weeks.

These are the best omega 3 I've seen. The only negative is the pills are a bit too big for my wife so she has to take them one at a time.I highly recommend that you order direct from Nordic naturals. If you set up a recurring order its around 60 cents per pill, here on Bolo its 90 cents a pill.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good fish oil for people who are very sensitive to fishy burps
This review is specific to fish burps.I'm sensitive to the smell and taste of fish. I can't eat any kind of fish, vegetarian sushi (even with the nori removed), miso soup, or anything that has even touched seaweed. Like with all fish oils, I gagged when I opened the bottle for the first time. If I touch the pill, I can smell the fish on my hands which also causes me to gag. I'm giving it five stars, however, because despite the fact that the pills smell fishy, there is absolutely no fish taste from any burps after taking this pill. The bottle says "great lemon taste" at the top, which at first seemed strange to me, because you're not supposed to crack open the pill and lick the stuff, so who cares what it tastes like? In fact, the "lemon taste" is some kind of magic transformation that they pulled that make your burps taste slightly lemony instead of fishy. I take this stuff with plenty of water right before a meal, and while it does seem to cause me to burp some, I have not had a single hint of fishiness after taking it.

El producto llegó en el tiempo programado, pero cuando abrí el frasco me percaté de que las cápsulas estaban "pegadas"Al sacar las cápsulas había una capa de un residuo pegajoso en el fondo del frasco, como se muestra en la foto.Con suerte para mí encargué este producto EPA de Nordic Natural's en invierno. No quiero imaginar lo que hubiera sucedido en verano.No recomiendo comprarlo en temporada de calorEnero 2024
Poor QC or tampered with
Pills all clumped together and covered in oil, few split open. The pills are rancid and not sure if the bottle is tampered with. This occurred with 2 of 3 last purchases, per my experience will not recommend
