First, the product is great! I don't have to stress about the windshield washer freezing on the way to skiing, anymore. It even melts light frost that's hard to scrape.Second, the seller is awesome! We had a minor glitch which they fixed promptly and professionally. To me this says more about the character of the person than if everything went perfectly the first time. Thank you!
