Flavor is excellent, the cubes are perfectly sized and are uniform in size. This is in contrast to many of the European style lumps where one never knows how much sugar in going in the cup. One cube is perfect for an espresso, two for a lungo size cup.

Finally a way to get demerara sugar cubes! They add depth to tea and coffee....This is the best brand! We could find them on the East Coast at Giant, but we can't find them in Oregon, so Bolo came to the rescue.

Ever since we went to England many years ago, and we were served coffee and tea with cubes of Demerara sugar to use to sweeten our drinks, we have been hooked on using these cubes. Not only do they add seetness to our morning coffee, but bring back wonderful memories of our trip. These particular cubes are all we have ever used for many years.
