PACKAGING: Dedicated marketing box with a top hinge lid.PRODUCT: Rechargeable pet paw trimmer.FUNCTION: This comes in a little, sturdy box. Inside, the trimmer is in a clear plastic bag. Beneath this is the charging cable and tiny tub of oil, in a smaller sealed clear bag. There is also instructions, but this is basically how to groom your dog.The trimmer feels good in the hand. It has a tapered design that gets slimmer toward the blade. It only has one button (on/off) and three indicators beneath which illuminate to show = that it is switched on - battery level - charging reminder.After fully charging (which took about 2 hours) I was ready to use the device. First though I tested it on myself, by placing the working blade against my skin. Then when I felt absolutely nothing, I pressed it against my skin with more force, and still there was no sensation. So I was confident it would not pose a risk to my dog.Unfortunately, my dog hates the sound of the trimmer. That's any trimmer, not just these. Yes, the motor is quiet, but he knows what is coming. Although he is relatively good when being groomed, he is a little sensitive when it comes to his paw area. These were a lot easier to manage than my other paw trimmers, which has a wider blade. These cut very well and I got the job done in no time.At the time of this review the trimmer was £15.99 with a 15% discount, making the actual total about £13.59. I think this is reasonable. The only down side is they do not come with a storage bag, unless you want to keep the box they came in.

My two dogs being Springers have long hair and it grows fast!I have tried to use scissors very carefully under their ears to try to get the slight matting removed, but I gave up as it was just too risky.When I go this trimmer, and because Sam was constantly scratching at this obvious discomfort, I decided to use this trimmer.It worked brilliantly!He was a bit hesitant at first, I think due to the noise, but he soon held still. Like he knew what this was going to do for him.This is a LOT safer than scissors, and it worked a lot better than I thought it would.It manages to get through really tight knots eventually.I wish I got one of these ages ago!

Great trimmer very quiet my dog was totaly relaxed as her paws were trimmed. It is very safe to use I tested it on my skin first to check for sharpness and it was perfect . Great for trimming around dogs feet ,face and any other areas
