    Good quality for the price, comes with instructions. Comfy to wear, gives nice support. I had some neck pain and it helps with it! Don't overdo it, be patient with the results and when not wearing still maintain the proper posture.

    Very well made and thought-out product! As all the other reviews, fits well, adjusts well and a gentle reminder to sit up straight. It has put a bit of strain on other areas like my lower back so one might need to be careful if you have any pre-existing back conditions and may need to consult doctor first.HOWEVER it’s only day 2. I can see how this works as the longer I have it on, the more my muscles seem to “remember” the new posture position.

    I dont often write reviews but I’ve found this item to be exceptional so I felt compelled to comment. I get back pain in the middle of my back between my shoulders. Bad posture probably from being in front of a pc all day. This device holds back my shoulders and corrects my posture. I’ve worn it for 2 days and have not had any back pain at all. It’s soft and comfortable. I wear it over my clothes. I’m hoping when I’m not wearing it I will be able to maintain the correct posture. I’m very impressed.

    Found this very beneficial. I found it soft to wear, easy to put on and adjust, improved my posture with a few days. I had a pain in my shoulder which has completely gone now.

    Don't find this particularly easy to get on have to get my husband to help me. However once in place it does make me bring my shoulders back. My posture is very bad due to osteoporosis and fractures in my back. Probably need something more rigid but then find it uncomfortable on my ribs, this one comes under the bust so it is better from that point of view. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't sit in a good position while working at a desk etc.

    I have slim shoulders but already I have realised that to hold my shoulders in the correct position I have to tension the straps in the maximum position to maintain adequate stability in order to maintain the correct posture. This despite attending regular x 2 weekly gym sessions in order to correct this problem. I have no diagnosed medical conditions. This particular posture corrected will have a limited life for me. I should also add that I have a BMI of 24.

    Me está gustando. Funciona y no es incómodo. Debes saber ajustarlo porque pensaba que era muy grande cuando llegó y luego leí las instrucciones de funcionamiento y entendí cómo había que ajustarlo.

    Instantly Relieved Neck and Shoulder Pain

    I ordered this because I scrunch up my shoulders when typing and constantly leave with shoulder and neck pain. I was impressed with how easy it is to adjust the straps. Due to the snug nature of the back support, it's uncomfortable to wear on bare skin, but it's very comfortable over a T-shirt or base layer. I was shocked that after one day of wearing it, I didn't have any of the usual neck cramps or shoulder pain.And as an added benefit, having a straight back gives me a better bust. I'm ordering more for some family members.
