Image quality very good, audio works super well. Night vision is better than most and the option to use the flood light is great. The automatic tracking using the 2nd camera in digital first works very well, 1st image proving wide view and the second the tracked zoomed view of the detection.

I like Reolink cameras because they are more open. You don't need to subscribe to anything, they can be repurposed down the line, and you can use them in the way that you want to. You're in control, not the manufacturer.The Trackmix is a nice quality boost over the E1 Pros that I have - it supports higher resolutions and bitrates and the image is noticeably clearer whilst being substantially wider and taller.You have a lot of options, whether you would like to record to an SD card, NVR, or PC running the Reolink Client, or you could try Blue Iris and Agent DVR, however they didn't seem to work well with this camera (I did get them working with my other Reolink cameras, there's also a firmware update for the camera I've not tried).I think it's a great camera for the money. I will probably buy more of them.
4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Overall Camera and Deterrent
I have had this camera for around 6 months where I have it connected to a Reolink NVR (RLN8-410) and it is working very well. The Reolink products are a big step up in quality from my first setup which was a WiFi EUFY system. (Quality WRT image as well as build quality) It is a pain running Ethernet cables for POE, but the gains make it so worth it! (No batteries, far better image quality, 24/7 recording, jamming proof, no lens frost as camera is always powered)The setup does need a bit more fine tuning and although it is on the main plug and play it is really important to get the latest firmware updates loaded onto the camera/NVR and also run the latest version of the apps. I have found you really need to get all your ducks in a row where using a new version of the app without updating…say.. the NVR firmware can cause issues.. (e.g. viewing zoom lens) My only issue with this camera (along with most other cameras from all companies other than high end professional stuff) is the low light capabilities although Reolink has started addressing this with cameras like the CX410 with full colour night vision. ( I also have one of these and it’s very good!)I would say every complaint on functionality issues have been addressed with new firmware updates including one that I was discussing with Reolink support. (This was a bug where the camera after a while would fail to return back to its user defined start position)I have also found Reolink support very good and also seem to be very active as a company at the moment releasing new products.

I bought these cameras to detect cats in my garden so I could eventually hook use the events to trigger a sprinkler system. Spent over £500 now on this set up and then spent a day setting it all up. Turns out pet detection doesn’t actually put up cats even though it is advertised. After many messages to support they said my camera needed to be lower. As this was all installed with POE it isn’t that easy to just “lower the camera” (not that it was that high) So for all my trouble of spending hours and hours messaging, putting up cameras and paying over £400 they offered me £25. Bit of an insult if you ask me. They eventually raised it to £40 and said I needed a camera lower down.So this £40 went towards another stupid purchase of mine listening to more of their lies. I got another camera for lower down. Well as you probably guessed it still doesn’t pick them up even with all the correct settings. The cats walk past not even a meter away from the camera.I really wouldn’t bother getting these cameras or anything from these! I really regret it and now I have holes all over my walls and it’s either I stick with these cameras that don’t work or I take them down and have holes everywhere. Don’t bother!

Reolink products are amazing really good quality, so simple to set up and really can not find a fault simply the best, and just when you think things cant get better if you should ever need support from Reolink OMG its outstanding i wish all companies offered the same level of support

Zoom does not work in the app, the switchover from night vision the 'colour' (Leds comi g on) when it senses someone nearby isn't great as the picture goes dark for a few seconds then your 'burglar' has already gone, contacted Reolink about this they confirmed this is correct

Gute Qualität, gutes Bild, einfache App, viele Einstellungen und zuverlässige Alarmierung.Wichtig ist, dass man sich einmal die Mühe macht, die Erkennung zu parametrieren. Danach gibt es keine Fehlalarme mehr.Zu der Tracking Funktion kann ich nichts sagen, weil ich sie nicht benötige. Aber ein Bekannter von mir hat die Kamera auch gekauft und ist davon überzeugt.

REOLINK TrackMix POE
Fonctionne très bien, excellente vision de jour et de nuit, installation sans problèmes via code QR.En revanche pour visionner la caméra sur SYNOLOGY, j'ai galéré, il faut paramétrer la caméra en ONVIF, sinon SURVEILLANCE STATION ne la reconnaît pas, voici comment j'ai procédé :Dans dispositif en haut à gauche, cliquer sur paramètres - réseau - avancé - paramètres de serveur - RTSP - ONVIF.Après ces paramétrages, la caméra est visible dans SYNOLOGY.
