    The media could not be loaded. So this item is supposed to be or have rubber in it, not sure if maybe the maker had an eraser lying next to it or what and that's where the confusion comes from, I originally thought when ordering it's a cheap plastic wheel with rubber trim and hopefully some hard metal to strap to 'bike'.I myself have other plans for this, now I will need to get a rubber trim for it, as there is no rubber what so ever in this stabilizer kit and I need it for my idea to work.If your looking for a set of plastic wheels, these are a good size, yet to try them out to see how good they arealso regards to installing, it's not a bike I intend to use these for so I can not truthfully answer that
