    • Ensure the product has been seasoned before first use.
    • Allow the product to cool and wash immediately after use.
    • Avoid the use of dish soap and scouring as this may damage the seasoning.
    • Always dry thoroughly after washing to prevent rust. If the product will be stored for a long time a thin coating of cooking oil can be used to help further
    • prevent rust.

    Safety:
    Please Note: During use this product (including its handle) will get very hot. Always use heat resistant oven gloves to handle the product while hot.

    I am very pleased with these pans they works well. One note, take care when useing the handle will become very hot, ues a handle cover avaleble from Anazon. also read the instructions to prepair the pand for use.

    Exactly what I ordered. Follow the seasoning directions before use, I didn't on one and boy does it make a difference. Dont expect the pan to correct a wrong choice of hob size on your part even if there is pretty good heat distribution.

    I have lots of cast iron cookware,I prefare them,as they are very durable and if treated right become none stick cookware it all depends on the cook,and treating the pots and pans properly.
