5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use and reliable. Highly recommended.
Firstly this is my 4th HR chest monitor in 4 years, the other 3 being Garmin HR Dual ones, all of which failed within a few months.Secondly, I read a review on here from someone who said try this, it is better than Garmin, so I thought I would, nothing to lose. And to be honest, I am very pleasantly surprised.Pros: Easy to connect to watch/phone and it is light and neat. It picks up a heart beat within a couple of seconds of being attached to the chest strap and put on. It beeps to tell you it is has done that! Very helpful. Also a light flashes while it is receiving which is a good feature too. It fits on the strap it is supplied with, but also works when snapped onto a Garmin HR chest strap too. HR data seems very reliable so far, giving accurate readings with no connection issues.Cons: ... haven't found any yet!I'm a runner and have been using it daily for runs and gym work. So if you think cheap is not best, in this case I'd say that is not true. Give this one a chance!
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect
Does exactly what I need it to. Syncs to my Garmin watch when I play contact sport.I place my watch in my sports bra and the HRM takes an accurate reading of my HR when playing. Great price. No issues.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good and affordable heart beat monitor
Liked:- More accurate compared to the Fitbit charge 3- Pairs instantly once you get through the initial pairing instructions- Wide range of support for multiple appsDisliked- The pairing instructions should be clearer.- Size might be an issue for smaller frame ladies as it's too small for my wifeBefore we go further, to pair this to any app, you need to make sure you have enable the bluetooth (obviously) AND location on your mobile phone. Then pair it within the app instead of through the bluetooth settings. Oh I am using the Mapmyfitness app.I have been wanting to pick a HR monitor to record my heart beat and calories burnt during various exercises at home. Considering most people are working from home now due to the pandemic, i thought now would be a prefect time to test one.As mentioned above, I do have a fitbit charge 3 but due to the nature of the watch, the accuracy will not be as accurate as this. This is purely because of the placement of the devices. This is further confirmed when I compared the results. Having said that, the difference was only +/- 10 bps so the fitbit is not too shabby. If you only need a basic HR monitor during workout then this is very good value and fit for purpose. Else a watch based activity tracker is also suitable albeit not as accurate. All in all, a good value HR monitor if you have a specific need for one.Price during review: £27.99Please take a second to hit the helpful button as it makes taking the time to write the review worthwhile :)
5.0 out of 5 stars Cheap and works
So, product works as intended, app is quick and ezy to setup. For the price, this heart rate monitor is worth it. If your using it just for general sports use, its great. If your looking to use this for streaming or videos use, just a heads up. The app will need a streaming key to use with third party software (streaming software) which is a subscription base or one time purchase which is rather allot.anyway, back to the product, its light weight, the strap feels like it has allot of elastic to it, but might be on the small side for larger chest people. only problem I've had with on chest heart rate monitors is if your breathing heavily, it will move a bit, making the reading not too accurate sometimes.Overall, for the price itself, its a win for me.
1.0 out of 5 stars Inconsistent performance
This monitor has performed poorly inconsistently, operates, and often fails to pair with my watch. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn’t and often stops halfway through a run, which is really irritating. I would like to return it
5.0 out of 5 stars Recommended HRM
With my Polar H7 finally giving up the ghost, I was after a suitable alternative replacement (H7s appear no longer to be produced by Polar and the newer versions seem unreasonably priced).A little research and I found this puppy. Not a Polar (usually I am brand loyal), but the price was enticing and the fact it offered ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity AND had many positive reviews, finalised my decision to order one.Received a day later and after an intense hour of testing I can report: no spikes and no dropouts. It appeared to measure high and low HRs accurately and felt comfortable throughout the session. The unit worked instantly and connected without any issues.I am a happy buyer and would definitely recommend this HRM.UPDATEStill going strong without dropouts.Leg presses are a little more challenging for the body as there's quite some contortionism going on, but the monitor kept on measuring, undeteterred. Good workout without any recording issues.
5.0 out of 5 stars Heart rate monitor
An excellent product, worked perfectly with my Polar Beat App.Much cheaper than polar beat and in my opinion worked much better.
3.0 out of 5 stars comfortable, but the battery that it comes with doesnt work
the quality is great, but the was a problem with the battery and the product didnt connect
Funktioniert einwand frei.
Funcionamiento y compatibilidad a buen precio
Excellent for the price
Half the price of most brands and work flawless
Sehr guter Brustgurt
