Does the job, if you get a second hand processor without its fan this is a top budget purchase. Not particularly silent but very near it.

Good points. Easy to install and only small amount of noise.Bad points. The contain patch to the cpu is too small even for an i3. Forget doing anything that needs full cpu usage best it could do was using office at a push. Temperature sat at 100 deg C and thermal paste was very solid like the mix of solution and paste had split. Its cheap for a reason.Going to use while i find a better cooler.

Ventilateur extremement bruyant
Il est écrit "Ventilateur CPU silencieux", mensonge.J'ai un vieux PC Overclocker avec Noctua NH-D14 (2 gros ventilos toujours a fond) et un PC récent avec un Noctua NH-U12S.Aucun de ces 2 ventilateurs ne sont considérés comme silencieux et pourtant il font BEAUCOUP moins de bruit que celui là, dit silencieux.Le produit à été reçu non neuf ! sans documentation, sans pâte thermique, et avec des traces un peux suspectes sur le support...Enfin bref une honte sur la qualité et une description mensongère.

Es silencioso y muy fácil de instalar, pero si quieres hacer algo más que ver un video o usar el pc para ofimática, este ventilador no es para ti ya que tiene muy poca potencia
