So, I've been losing a lot of hair over the last 6 months, it's been coming out in handfuls, especially since I had covid last October. I was a but sceptical at trying these, but I'm so glad I did!! They taste great, maybe a little too sweet but very pleasant all the same. After taking 2 per day for the last month, my hair feels healthier and smoother, and I've got new hair growth where I had thinning patches. I'm on my second tub now as I'm going to stick to this brand. I'm really looking forward to getting my thicker hair back. My nails are much stronger too 😊 Excellent product with real results.

I am 38 and 3 years ago I noticed that my hair are thinning. Had some blood tests done which showed no problems.Therefore, I just put it to stress and ageing. Recently I found it more and more annoying to keep finding my hair all over the place, my pillow, kitchen, blocking the bathroom sink and having full brush every time I wash my hair. So off to Bolo I went…these gummies are a tasty treat and therefore easy to remember to take.I have been taking them for about 3 weeks and will order again as the hair loss definitely slowed down.Can’t comment on improved thickness yet but will continue taking and hope for best.For now I am just happy my hairbrush is not full and my family doesn’t find my hair in their meals.

I don’t know how these are formulated in a way which makes them sooooo much more effective than any other biotin supplements I’ve tried on the market (and believe me, I have tried a lot). I only bought this as my final attempt with absolutely no expectations and I’ve been blown away..For the first time in nearly 7 years my nails are the strongest they’ve ever been! My hair is softer and my patches of sparse hair are quickly filling in! The new strands of hair are so much thicker also!!The taste is lovely and I hope the suppliers never stop producing this! Thank you so much!

These vitamins elevated my b12 to be too high, so I’ve been advised by my doctor to stop taking them. I would be wary for anyone else to take these incase the same happens to you. 240% of b12 daily intake is too high!! Idk why it’s necessary. Apart from that they made my nails the longest and strongest they’ve been, made little difference to my hair though.They do taste good but are on the expensive side.

It’s a good thing that I decided to check the bottom for the expiry date before opening as it has already expired. It expired on 01/23. I’m not happy as I was looking forward to starting them today but instead I’m having to return them. The reviews look promising so I will order again and hopefully next time I don’t receive an expired tub.

I have been taking these since August. I have been trying to grow my hair for sometime. I have just started my 3rd month of these and all of a sudden I can really tell a difference in both hair growth and my nails are the best I’ve known them too! The added bonus of a nice tasting gummy means I will be continue to reorder as I’m sure these are the reason for such an improvement. Give them time, doesn’t happen overnight.. a few months in you’ll notice the difference.

short expiry date
I have purchased 5 of them but unfortunately, there is only 4 months left from the expiry date on the product received. Not happy with the short expiry date
Great Option for Biotin gummies!
My husband and I have been taking the BeLive Biotin gummies with Folate and Inositol for some time now and it does what it is advertising. Good flavor and is vegan! Also, it is moderately sweet. It is on the pricier side but we feel it is worth it.
I think they work
I personally think these work. I’m probably not the “best” candidate for this product since I have long hair and it already grows pretty fast. However I will say, I’m noticing a difference in my lashes. I already have long lashes but I think the biotin is making them grow even longer and they look fuller. I am noticing that I’ve been breaking out though - not major clogged pores but a zit or two here and there. I’m wondering if these are the actual cause of that, or if it’s just a coincidence? I dunno, but I just reduced the dose to solve that problem. I think they work and I love the taste of them. It’s easy to remember to eat these daily.
