You don't expect superb quality for these prices, but the old Blue Castle combat trousers were at least very well made. The quality in these trousers (which don't actually carry the Blue Castle name) - now returned - was abysmal, with poor stitching all over, more so at button-holes which won't last very long.In addition, the waist size was way too small. This is a poor garment that has been thrown together rather than properly stitched, and I would not recommend it at all.

There were mixed reviews, mainly about the sizing of these trousers, but we found them to be good quality and well made. There are straps at the size the enable adjustment at the waistband. Therefore, if you order for the waist size you really are, and not what you think you are, you will be happy with the trousers.

Nice a n lightweight, Had to order 38" waist despite being 35", I was warned to do this by a friend who had the same issue. The quality was fine but 3 buttons fell off when I attempted to put braces on. Very poor stitching so that's 2 hours I wont get back.

5 times now I've bought the same trousers from here in the last few years. I use them for work, every time previously they've been fine but the last time they've changed. The material this time was more like pyjama material, much softer and thinner and different around the waist as wearing a belt interferes with the straps that tighten the waist fit. Feels like I'm wearing clown trousers. Guessing this latest batch of trousers are cheaper they certainly feel inferior to previous purchases.
