I've been using Price's candles for years and love them. But I was bought a fragrance tart melter (not sure if that's exactly what they're called) that only came with one tealight per fragrance tart, so I bought the Price's ones to use after the provided ones ran out.Price's is a company with a long pedigree. They were established in 1830 and have held a Royal Warrant since 1840, so probably what they don't know about candle-production isn't even worth the paper it's written on!I specifically bought these tea lights because the are fragrance free and were an excellent price (no pun intended). Longevity, each one lasts for about 2-4 hours, depending on how warm the room they are being used in is. They melt the fragranced wax tarts I use them with quickly and keep the melted wax of the tart at a good temperature to help release the fragrance. When they burn out, the ceramic holder cools fairly quickly, ensuring that the wax of the tart resolidifies fairly quickly too.And of course, when I run out of the batch of tealights I'm using, I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you to Price's. Your products are consistently brilliant and very trustworthy.

I search for ages and ages online because I’m disabled and hardly get out. I was so grateful to find these and when I use them they burn for like 4 to 5 hours which is very good for such a small candle.good price & good quality.

I use these for a number of purposes and got fed up buying from the Coop. These are more economical, so that's a plus. However, two problems (which apply to tea lights bought elsewhere too) is that the metal container is not completely full, unlike a year or two ago. So that is a hidden price hike. The other problem is that, not surprisingly as they come in a plastic bag, a percentage of the containers are battered and deformed. This is no problem in terms of function, they light and burn for just as long. But if you want to use them in a decorative function, eg in a table setting, the battered ones will look ugly. You can of course bend them back into shape, but they still look a bit naff. Obvs the percentage of battered ones will vary according to the treatment of your shipment, but allow for this in your planning. For me it doesn't really matter, plus even if it did, the majority of them were OK.
