Penelope Campling is a psychiatrist specialising in psychotherapy who worked as a consultant and clinical director at Francis Dixon Lodge, Leicester, for over twenty years. Her interest in groups and therapeutic communities broadened to address the cultures of effective caring organisations.
Chris Maloney is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist and GP. He set up a psychotherapy service in East Berkshire, and was in a small team that started the Southern Counties NHS Psychotherapy Training. He was then a GP Partner in Hackney, East London for twelve years.
